From Concept To Cloud: LogicEra’s Hosting Implementation Journey
Client: LogicEra
Industry: Cloud migration & digital transformation consulting (Azure specialists)
Location: UAE
Scope: UX/UI Design, Wireframing, Full Website Development (Next.js)
Status: Ongoing engagement
Store: https://logicera.com/

The Brief
LogicEra came to us with a site that told the right story cloud migration, Azure expertise, managed services, AI solutions but wasn’t performing the way a technology consultancy’s site should. Our job was to design and rebuild the full site from the ground up: UX/UI, wireframing, and development, keeping the existing brand and messaging intact while fixing how it actually ran in the browser.
The Challenge
Three problems stood out early:
Load times were dragging on a site built to convince enterprise clients that LogicEra could modernize their infrastructure a credibility gap that’s hard to ignore in an IT consulting pitch.
Heavy visual sections (stat counters, partner logos, service carousels, background video) were adding weight without a performance budget behind them, so every new section made the site slower.
The redesign had to hold up to a high design bar sleek, intuitive, and polished enough to compete for recognition in a market where enterprise buyers judge credibility by how the site feels, not just what it says.

Our Approach
1. UX/UI design and wireframing
Before any code, we wireframed the full site experience and designed a sleek, intuitive UI mapping how enterprise buyers move through the site from service pages to conversion and setting the visual foundation the build would follow.
2. Development on Next.js
We rebuilt the site on Next.js, giving LogicEra a modern, performant foundation suited to a fast, component-heavy design without the overhead of a slower stack.
3. Component-level optimization
High-traffic sections the stats counter, testimonials, service cards, and partner logo strip were built to load efficiently without sacrificing the motion and visual polish that gave the brand its energy.
4. Full-site rollout
The redesign covered every page, not just the homepage, so the performance and design improvements were consistent site-wide rather than isolated to a landing page.
The Result
The rebuilt site now loads faster across every page while giving LogicEra a sleek, intuitive online presence that matches its position as an Azure and cloud migration expert. The site’s design quality was strong enough to earn a nomination on Awwwards.com, and the full UX/UI-to-development engagement gave LogicEra a consistent, high-performing front end to support its digital transformation pitch.
